Request a Preliminary

When a preliminary makes sense

Sometimes you need a value indication before you are ready to commission a full report. An agent weighing a list price, an attorney assessing whether a matter is worth pursuing, a family beginning estate planning. A preliminary answers that question at lower cost and faster turnaround.

What a preliminary is not

A preliminary is a consulting opinion, not a USPAP appraisal report. It cannot be submitted to a lender, filed with a court, or used as evidence in an assessment appeal. If you need a report that will be relied upon by a third party, request a full appraisal instead. We will tell you which one your situation calls for.

Knowing a property's true value is key to making informed real estate decisions.
